What We Do
Native Plants
Led by Fiona Dell'Antonio
Our group is cultivating native plants to create native planting areas around our campus, supporting local pollinator populations critical to maintaining ecological balance. This initiative reflects our commitment to sustainability by fostering biodiversity and promoting environmentally responsible practices. By integrating these efforts into our campus landscape, we aim to create a thriving habitat for pollinators while educating our community about the importance of preserving native ecosystems.

Events Coordination
Led by Alanna Brady
Our group believes in the importance of spreading awareness of sustainability. URI ESW hopes to cultivate this awareness through frequent, public events that enhance the sustainability of our campus community. Whether through trash cleanups or art projects, we hope to show URI faculty and students that sustainability is important, easy, and fun!
